Joann Webster is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in diabetes education and patient care management. Currently serving as an RN Patient Care Navigator at Sports Medicine North since September 2018, Joann previously held the position of RN Care Manager Coordinator of the Diabetes Program at North Shore Physician Organization from November 2012 to September 2018, where responsibilities included coordinating the outpatient diabetes education program and leading accreditation processes.
