Sisii de Winter

Sisii de Winter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Sisii began their career in 2008 as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner at JEREMY KNIGHT & CO LLP. In 2011, they worked as a Personal Assistant Intern at DANIELE DE WINTER MONACO LIMITED. From 2013 to 2016, they took on various roles at Lord's Taverners, including Executive Assistant to the CEO, Secretary to the Lady Taverners, and Office Manager. In 2016, they joined STH Group as an Executive Assistant, providing support to the Group CEO. Over the years, they took on additional responsibilities, becoming the Head of Business Operations & HR and eventually the HR Business Partner for the Group. Currently, Sisii de Winter is the Head of HR at STH Group and also serves as the HR Projects Lead for Sodexo Live!, where they contribute to the development and implementation of progressive working practices and supports HR strategic planning.
