Russ Schroader

Russ Schroader is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development. Currently serving as President and V.P. of Sales and Marketing at Sportsbeams Lighting, Inc. since July 2016, Schroader leads a company recognized as an industry leader in lighting innovation. Prior to this role, Schroader was a Managing Partner in North America at FES International, contributing to project management and operations for world-class manufacturing and supply chain solutions from January 2001 to July 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as Internet Channel Marketing Manager at PowerQuest, where sales increased dramatically under Schroader's management, and owning inQuo from 1996 to 1999. Schroader holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Brigham Young University, completed in 1995.
