James Moore

James Moore has over a decade of experience in workforce management and planning, currently serving as the Head of Workforce Management and Learning at Sportsbet since January 2017. Previously, James held various roles including Head of Commercial Operations and WFM and Workforce Planning Lead at Sportsbet. Prior experience includes serving as the Contact Centre Planning Manager at Medibank, where a new staff resource structure was developed for contact centres, and as Workforce Manager at Carlton & United Breweries, where an optimal resourcing structure model was implemented. James began a career in workforce planning at RACV, coordinating rosters and analyzing call volume data. James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Deakin University.
