Previously, John held various positions at Sportsbet, including Head of Automation, Payments and Fraud (in a secondment role), Customer Integrity Manager, and Customer Service Manager. Before rejoining Sportsbet, John worked at BetEasy as the Payments, Fraud and RSG Manager. John's career began as a Sports/Racing Trader at International All Sports and included a role as a Customer Service Representative at the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from Victoria University.
