Paul Coleman

Paul Coleman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both sports development and human resources management. Currently serving as the Development and Inclusion Officer and Anti-Doping Lead at Boxing Scotland since April 2018, Paul has played a critical role in implementing the Boxing Scotland Anti-Doping Education and Implementation Strategy and promoting the values of clean sport. Paul also has a background as an International Boxing Referee with the International Boxing Association and has been involved in boxing for 44 years. Prior to their current role, Paul served in various capacities in the Royal Navy for 34 years, including as a Human Resource Manager during the construction of significant naval vessels and as a Senior Weapons Instructor. Paul holds multiple educational qualifications related to anti-doping, sport education, organizational resilience, and management.
