Amanda Reeder

Amanda Reeder is an experienced professional in human resources and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Sportsfield Specialties, Inc. since July 2021, while also holding the title of Human Resources Recruiter. Prior to this role, Amanda was the Human Resources Director at Delhi Rehabilitation and Nursing Center for a brief period in 2021. Amanda's career in human resources began at Education & Training Resources/Oneonta Job Corps Academy, where various roles were undertaken from 2011 to 2021, including Human Resources Specialist and Training and Development Coordinator. Earlier experience includes positions as Administrative Assistant/Wellness Assistant and Recreation Advisor/Supervisor. Amanda holds an A.A.S in Recreation and Sports Management from State University of New York at Delhi and furthered education at Southern New Hampshire University from 2017 to 2019.
