Bobby Hill has a diverse range of work experience in graphic design and creative services. Bobby started their career as a Student Assistant at the School of Constructed Environments, where they designed signage and communicated event information through mass email. Bobby then interned at the KIPP Foundation, where they contributed to brand development, web design, and advertising revenue. Bobby also interned as a Graphic Designer at Columbia University, where they worked on various design projects. Bobby later worked as a Graphic Designer at a company as well as Stream Realty Partners, where they updated brochures, floorplans, marketing boards, and other internal graphics. Most recently, Bobby worked as a Television Graphic Artist at SportsGrid. Bobby holds a degree in Graphic Design from Parsons The New School of Design.

Bobby Hill's education history begins in 2016 when they pursued an Associate's degree in Strategy and Marketing for Emerging Countries at the International Business School Americas. Bobby completed this degree in 2017. Bobby then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design - The New School, which they pursued from 2015 to 2020.

In 2014, Bobby attained certifications such as the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, and Smith Family Martial Arts, where they achieved a Do Ban Black Belt. In 2015, they received an Honorable Mention in the Congressional Art Competition awarded by the US House of Representatives. Additionally, in 2014, Bobby won the National Beta Club Convention, a competition organized by the National Beta organization.

Most recently, in 2022, Bobby started pursuing a Master's degree in UX Design at the Maryland Institute College of Art, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
