Isabela S. is an experienced Human Resources Generalist with a diverse background in HR functions, currently supporting both Phenom Yachts and Sportsman Boats since October 2022 and July 2022, respectively. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, drafting offer letters, conducting background checks, ensuring e-verify compliance, and facilitating onboarding. Previous experience includes serving as a Field Recruiter at Hire Dynamics, where recruitment and client relationship management were key, and as a Human Resources professional at Innovative Homecare Solutions, Inc., with a focus on the hiring process and policy management. Isabela also participated in a cultural exchange program with Cultural Care Au Pair, improving English language skills and cross-cultural communication. Early experience at National Instruments involved a comprehensive range of HR functions, including payroll processing and employee management. Isabela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.

Sportsman Boats’ journey began in a 20,000 sq. ft. leased space with 6 hard-working employees in 2011. Many hours went into crafting a new kind of boat company. Never about imitating or replicating, Sportsman Boats was forged to be an innovative, forward-thinking and technologically advanced boat builder. The need for a true family-friendly center console boat was very apparent. A boat that was geared for those that love to fish, love a great-ride, crave sleek lines and most importantly, needed to have the comfort and safety for the family. Sportsman Boats’ goal is to build high quality boats that offer amenities the whole family can enjoy. Comfortable yet versatile layouts that provided the ability to participate in many different activities. Adhere to the highest standards of boat building practice through NMMA certification programs. And listen to the feedback from our boat owners across the country to improve every step of the way and never feel stale or dated. They have grown tremendously since shipping the first hull in 2012. The lineup has expanded to 2 lines of offshore center console boats and 2 lines of inshore bay boats. Manufactured by professional craftsman in Summerville, South Carolina, our home.
