Bryn Westfall

Bryn Westfall has a wealth of experience in the retail industry, specifically in merchandising and inventory management. Currently, Bryn holds the position of Chief Merchandising Officer at Sportsman's Warehouse, a role that started in February 2023. Prior to that, Bryn served as the Chief Merchandising Officer at Christy Sports from December 2020 to January 2023.

Before joining Christy Sports, Bryn worked at Academy Sports + Outdoors as the Senior Vice President of Merchandise Planning & Allocation from October 2017 to June 2020. In this role, Bryn was a strategic leader, overseeing pricing, systems and operations, and planning and allocation divisions. Bryn also played a vital role as an executive sponsor for key strategic initiatives.

At Cabela's, Bryn held several positions, including Chief of Staff - Merchandise, Planning & Inventory Strategic Planning, Vice President of Planning and Inventory, Senior Director of Planning and Inventory, and Director of Planning and Inventory. These roles, held from 2010 to 2017, involved developing and executing merchandising strategies, owning inventory management, and providing thought leadership throughout the organization.

Bryn also gained valuable experience at Gander Mountain, where they served as an Operations Manager from 1994 to 2000.

Throughout their career, Bryn has consistently demonstrated expertise in driving business development, implementing strategic initiatives, and maximizing sales and profit through effective merchandise planning and allocation.

Bryn Westfall completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point from 1989 to 1994.
