Sean McClaugherty

Sean McClaugherty has a diverse work experience in various roles within the ecommerce industry. Sean started their career at Overstock.com, where they built a cross-functional operations team and managed the operational side of the merchandising department. Sean also developed and managed Overstock.com's drop-ship program, which accounted for a significant portion of the company's sales. Sean then joined Steal Network as Vice President of Operations before moving to eBay Inc as the Merchant Integrations Team Manager. Sean led projects that drove new sales and helped the team achieve its sales goals. Sean later joined Overstock.com again as the Head of Supplier Oasis Fulfillment Services, where they played a leadership role in merging the stand-alone company into the parent company. Sean then worked at Groupon as the Director of Operations for Groupon Goods, where they developed and launched a new catalog management platform. Currently, Sean is with Sportsman's Warehouse, where they have held various roles, including Director of Ecommerce, Senior Director of Ecommerce, and Vice President of Ecommerce.

Sean McClaugherty completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Westminster University in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Utah in 1998-2000. In addition to their degrees, Sean McClaugherty holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
