Shelley Swain

Shelley Swain has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Sportsman's Warehouse since August 2021, after progressing through roles as Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist. Prior to this, Shelley held the position of Human Resources Generalist at Biovation Labs, LLC for a brief period in 2021. Shelley's foundational experience in human resources began in 1995 at Sportsman's Warehouse, where roles included Human Resource Assistant and Human Resources Generalist, culminating in over two decades with the organization.
