Ian Osharow is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Ian has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles, spanning a variety of industries. Ian's most recent position was as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at SportsMed Physical Therapy, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they served as CFO at Simply Beautiful Smiles, Inc from May 2022 to June 2023, and at Advanced Dermatology PC from September 2020 to May 2022. Ian also held roles at NAPA Management Services, where they were the Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting from August to September 2020, and Vice President of Finance and Accounting from September 2017 to August 2020. Before that, they were the VP of Finance/Controller at DaVita Medical Group from March 2016 to August 2017. Ian has also worked as the Corporate Controller at AGI-Shorewood from February 2014 to March 2016, and as the VP Finance/Controller of the Medical Segment at Cardinal Health from 2007 to 2013. Ian began their career as an Auditor at Crowe Horwath LLP from 1994 to 1996. Throughout their career, Ian has demonstrated expertise in financial and statutory accounting, reporting, revenue cycle, financial planning and analysis, and financial controls.
Ian Osharow CPA MBA holds an MBA in Strategic Planning from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their degrees, Ian Osharow is a Certified Public Accountant, having obtained this certification from the State of Illinois in 1995.
