Alexander Guillermo Figueroa

Alexander Guillermo Figueroa has a diverse range of work experience. Alexander Guillermo started their career at FERRERO de Mexico as an intern, where they developed a web-based application for scheduling boardroom meetings and created an automated system for converting time files. Alexander Guillermo then worked at EPSCoR as a web developer, where they created a website for environmental research and managed sensitive files. Alexander also worked at the Community Service Building Corporation as a content editor, where they created and enhanced webpages using Microsoft Expressions and revamped style sheets using CSS3. At the Legal Services Corporation of Delaware, they served as a web developer, converting website framework from Zope to Drupal and collaborating with faculty members on website planning and development. Alexander also gained experience at the Delaware Biotechnology Institute, where they provided IT help desk support, created web forms using PHP, and edited web pages using Drupal. Alexander Guillermo further enhanced their technical skills at Alfieri Cardiology as a project leader, supervising a team that developed the company's web presence through website planning, mapping, and theme development. Lastly, Alexander worked at Apple as an Apple Certified Mac Technician (Genius), providing technical support to customers, diagnosing product issues, and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Currently, they are working at SportsRecruits as a QA Engineer.

Alexander Guillermo Figueroa received a Master's Degree in Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems at the University of Delaware from 2005 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Alexander also has certifications in Apple Certified Mac Technician from Apple and Web Systems Development from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
