Vaishnavi Trikutam

Vaishnavi Trikutam has a diverse work experience in technical operations and support roles. Vaishnavi is currently working as a Technical Operations Engineer at Sporttrade since October 2021. Previously, they worked at Wells Fargo as a Production Support Engineer from November 2017 to November 2019. Before that, they worked at ConvergeOne as a Support Analyst, providing technical analysis and troubleshooting for various computer technologies from January 2017 to October 2017. Vaishnavi also worked at IBM India Private Limited as a Support Engineer, where they provided IT support to ASML, solving critical client issues and ensuring faster time to market from January 2015 to August 2016.

Vaishnavi Trikutam started their education journey in 2007 at Ratnam High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in maths. Vaishnavi then went on to attend Narayana Junior College from 2008 to 2010, completing an Associate's degree in maths, physics, and chemistry. Following this, they enrolled at Karunya University in 2010 and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Vaishnavi also obtained two certifications. In August 2012, they became Oracle 10g (OCA) certified through Oracle. Then, in September 2014, they received the AMCAT Certified Software Engineer - IT Services certification, granted by Aspiring Minds.
