Ronald Verdries

Ronald Verdries has extensive experience in management, primarily within SportWays, where responsibilities include managing marketing and sales, operations, logistics, and developing organizational strategies since March 2010. Prior to this role, Ronald served as an HR and Programme worker at SportWays from October 2006 to February 2008, focusing on recruitment, selection guidance, and staff education. Ronald's experience also includes serving as a Project Manager at Break Out from August 2003 to October 2006, overseeing business-to-business events, and working as an Office Manager and Dive Instructor at Searuba Fly 'n Dive from July 2004 to July 2005. Ronald holds a Master’s degree in Culture, Organisation, and Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
