Harikishore Sreenivasalu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2005, they started their career as an SAP ABAP Consultant at Cognizant Technology Solutions. Harikishore then joined Staples in 2008, where they worked as an SAP Development Team Manager and later as an SAP Solution Architect. In 2014, Harikishore founded Aarini Consulting, where they served as the Founder and CTO.

In 2015, they took on multiple roles at different companies simultaneously. Harikishore was the Co-Founder and CTO of SPOSEA B.V., where they managed technology, application, and solution architecture for the company's BrightPrice product suite. Harikishore also worked as a Technical and Solution Architect at Tactica Partners Limited, defining and assessing technical architecture and solution design for enterprise solutions. During this time, they served as a SAP Architect at Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV (HCME) and as the Technical Architecture Lead on the FAST Project at Staples Europe.

In 2016, Harikishore joined Aramex as an Enterprise Solutions Architect, responsible for designing solutions for the company. In 2019, they became the Chief Technology Officer at SPOSEA B.V., overseeing the technological aspects of the company.

From 2015 to 2023, Harikishore also worked as the Creative Technology Officer at WeQu BV, a new game brand focused on feedback expression.

Throughout their career, Harikishore has gained expertise in various areas, including SAP, enterprise solutions architecture, solution design, and technology management.

Harikishore Sreenivasalu completed a Master's degree in Information Management from Bentley University in 2013. In 2012, they also pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Information Management from TIAS School for Business and Society, which they completed in 2014. Prior to these postgraduate degrees, Harikishore obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from ST. PETER'S ENGINEERING COLLEGE, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Before entering college, Harikishore attended SILVER JUBILEE from 1998 to 2001, although no degree information is available for this period. Alongside their formal education, Harikishore has obtained various certifications and awards, including those related to behavioral science, product strategy, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence. Harikishore has also achieved certifications in SAP and other technology domains, such as AWS and Microsoft.
