Aaron Suoja

Aaron Suoja has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aaron is currently working as a Technical Support Engineer at Spot AI since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Zerto as a Technical Support Engineer L2 from February 2020 onwards and as a Technical Support Engineer from March 2019 to February 2020. Before Zerto, Aaron worked as an IT Consultant at Miles Technologies from May 2018 to October 2018. Aaron has extensive experience at Microsoft, where they held multiple roles including Sr. Support Escalation Engineer - Beta from January 2014 to February 2017, Sr. Support Escalation Engineer from June 2006 to January 2014, and Website Tester and Live Site Support from May 2000 to May 2006. In these roles, Aaron demonstrated strong technical expertise, troubleshooting complex issues, and effectively communicating with both internal users and external customers.

Aaron Suoja began their education at Western Washington University from 1990 to 1993, where they studied Biology. Aaron then attended Renton Technical College from 1997 to 1999 and earned an Associates degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Linux Essentials from the Linux Professional Institute in November 2017.
