Kris Nielsen

Kris Nielsen is a marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in various industries. Starting in 2002, Kris worked at International Medical Group as the Director of Corporate Communications, leading a team of communications professionals and serving as the primary advisor to the CEO. Kris also held roles as the Global Team Leader for Certificate Holder Services and as a Corporate Communications Assistant during this time. In 2013, Kris joined Firestone Building Products as the Marketing Communications Manager, overseeing print, web, and tradeshow design initiatives. From 2017 to 2018, Kris worked as the Owner and Marketing & Communications Consultant at KN Communications, providing strategic direction and implementing marketing campaigns for multiple clients. Kris then moved on to Carrier HVAC, where they served as the Associate Director of Marketing Communications, responsible for managing public relations, social media, and creative services. Currently, Kris is the Marketing Director at Spot Freight, where they are involved in developing advertising and public relations strategies.

Kris Nielsen attended Ball State University from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the School of Journalism.
