Spot On TLNT partners with founders and growth-stage companies to hire for roles that directly impact decision-making and growth.

Our primary focus is finance, analyst, and revenue-critical direct placement, supporting teams when the cost of a wrong hire is high and timing matters.

We operate on a contingent, founder-led model, delivering focused shortlists instead of volume recruiting. In addition to our core hiring lanes, we support select specialized roles on a case-by-case basis and offer nearshore staffing solutions for teams that need flexible execution support.

Founded by Rafael Canaca, a recruitment leader with over a decade of experience across the U.S. and LATAM, Spot On TLNT is built for companies that value clarity, accountability, and precision in hiring.
