Jim Heising

Jim Heising is a highly experienced technology leader with extensive expertise in software architecture and engineering. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Spot Pet Insurance since October 2022, Jim has spearheaded a significant overhaul of the company's systems. As an Advisor and Chief Software Architect at eMed Digital Healthcare since January 2021, Jim played a pivotal role in scaling the platform and transforming its architecture to support rapid revenue growth. Prior to this, Jim held key positions at several notable companies, including IFTTT, where leadership of a large engineering team was essential for managing a complex cloud architecture, and Bug Labs, where Jim transitioned the company from hardware to software.
