Chalormee Basu

Chalormee Basu has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Chalormee began their career as a Sales Executive at SOTC Travel Ltd. in 2017, where they worked for a year. In 2020, Chalormee gained further experience through an internship at Weber Shandwick. Currently, Chalormee is working at SpotDraft, having started as a Customer Success Associate in 2021, before progressing to the role of Customer Success Manager for North America in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Customer Success Manager, demonstrating their growth within the company.

Chalormee Basu completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from ICFAI Business School between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Voc degree in Hospitality and Tourism from Mount Carmel College, Palace Rd, Bengaluru, graduating between 2014 and 2017.
