Preeti Chhetri

Preeti Chhetri has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Preeti is currently employed at SpotDraft as a Talent Acquisition professional, responsible for building multiple teams from scratch and achieving 100% in-house closures without relying on external agencies. Prior to this, Preeti worked at Verloop as a Talent Acquisition specialist from 2020 to 2022. Preeti also gained experience at Belong.co as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter, where they focused on providing a positive candidate and customer experience and hiring tech professionals in various domains and levels. Preeti began their career at TEKsystems as a Technical Recruiter and later worked at Allegis Global Solutions as a Client Recruitment Specialist.

Preeti Chhetri pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata from 2012 to 2014.
