Andy Santos

Andy Santos has a diverse work experience, having held multiple roles in a variety of industries. In 2021, they began working as the Director of People and Culture at SpotHero. In 2022, they became an Expert Contributor for Built In and joined the Product Advisory Board at Whatis. Andy also started working at Q-Centrix in 2019, where they held the roles of Director of Talent & Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, and Sr. Manager of People Analytics and Talent Optimization. In 2018, Andy became Chapter Head for Out in Tech Chicago and joined the Out in Tech Chicago Leadership Team. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Director of People Analytics and Programs and Manager of People Analytics and Programs and Corporate Technical Recruiter at Backstop Solutions Group. From 2015 to 2019, Andy was also a Sr. Technical Recruiter at SNI Companies. From 2010 to 2015, they were an Engagement Manager, Sr. Researcher, and Technical Recruiter/Assistant to Strategic Marketing at Crystal Equation Corporation. In 2010, Andy was an Event and Marketing Intern at Esperanza Community Services. Finally, from 2006 to 2010, they were a Sales Associate at ANN INC. (parent company of Ann Taylor, LOFT & Lou & Grey).

Andy Santos has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northeastern Illinois University, which they obtained in 2009. Andy also has an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Harry S Truman College. Additionally, they have a certification in Building a People Analytics Strategy from Analytics in HR, which they obtained in November 2018.
