Doug McFarlane

Doug McFarlane has over seven years of experience in the field of business analytics and sales operations. Doug began their career in 2014 as a Sales Representative at Labatt Breweries of Canada, and then moved through a series of roles, including Category Planning Manager, Pricing Analyst, Retail Solutions Specialist, and Commercial Finance Manager - High End Company. In 2018, they joined Juul Labs as Senior Manager, Performance Management, where they developed KPI dashboards and standardized performance review templates for Regional Sales Directors, Distribution Directors and Key Account Directors. Doug also created and implemented weekly internal business performance reviews. In 2021, they became Business Analytics Manager at SpotHero.

Doug McFarlane attended Queen's University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Engineering.
