Jake Marcet

Jake Marcet has over 12 years of experience in the digital marketing industry. Jake began their career in 2008 as a Writer for Norwich Heart - Heritage Economic & Regenerative Trust. In 2010, they joined Cars.com as a Senior SEO Analyst, where they contributed to the SEO strategy of the research and editorial sections of the site and presented a yearly company-wide talk on the state of SEO. Jake also trained and mentored two rounds of interns in SEO and digital marketing. In 2018, they moved to Outspoken Media as an SEO Team Lead. In 2019, they became an SEO Specialist for Peapod Digital Labs. Most recently, in 2020, they joined SpotHero as an SEO Manager.

Jake Marcet obtained a Masters in Creative Writing - Scriptwriting from the University of East Anglia in 2009. Jake earned their Bachelor of Arts from Knox College in 2007, with a double major in History and Creative Writing. In 2021, they obtained certifications in Technical SEO from LinkedIn and STAT Fundamentals from STAT Search Analytics.
