Meredith Sny

Meredith Sny has worked in the Human Resources field since 2014. Meredith began their career as a Head Start Family Advocate at Kalamazoo RESA in 2014. In 2015, they moved to Backstop Solutions Group, where they held the roles of Director, People & Development and People Development Manager. In 2020, they joined Q-Centrix as a Sr. Manager, People Operations. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Director of People Operations at SpotHero.

Meredith Sny obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Family and Community Services from Michigan State University between 2010 and 2013. In 2018, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in June. Meredith also obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in June 2018. In September 2022, Sny will obtain the Workplace Mental Health Leadership certification from Queen's University.
