AJ Coyne is an accomplished marketing professional with an extensive background in leading marketing strategies across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Marketing & Growth at Monzo Bank since January 2024, AJ has also been a member of the CMO Advisory Council at Spotify since January 2025. Prior experience includes a prominent role as VP of Consumer Marketing at Klarna, overseeing marketing in 35 countries, and previous leadership positions such as VP Global Brand & Creative and Head of Marketing for Klarna UK. AJ's career also features significant roles at UNDP, Clemenger BBDO, McCann Worldgroup, Ogilvy, IBM, and The Imagine Group, showcasing expertise in brand development, creative strategy, and campaign implementation. AJ holds a BA in Business & Marketing from Oxford Brookes University and A Levels from Princethorpe College.
