Blair Fraser

Blair Fraser currently serves as the Partnerships Lead at Spotify, focusing on commercial and open source partnerships for Backstage since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles at GitLab as Manager and Senior Program Manager for Partner Enablement from October 2021 to August 2023, and at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as Channel Partner Program Manager from July 2020 to October 2021. Blair held the position of Partner Manager for Red Hat Training from June 2018 to July 2020, and served as Channel and Alliances Director and Lenovo Operations Specialist at WinMagic from July 2015 to May 2018. Additionally, Blair worked at Cisco as Virtual Sales-Operations Team Lead from April 2013 to July 2015, managing transactional support and acting as a point of escalation for the sales team. Blair Fraser holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Anthropology from Carleton University and a Master’s Degree in Palaeoanthropology from the University of Liverpool.
