Diane D'Costa currently serves as the Partnerships Lead at IDEO.org and the Director of Advocacy and Community Partnerships for Prince George's County, Maryland, where strategic legislative advocacy has been implemented to support local residents. In addition to these roles, Diane is a Liberation Design Lab Teacher at the Social Justice School, creating innovative curricula for aspiring scholar-activists. As a Teach For America Corps Member, Diane has committed to teaching in under-resourced public schools while also participating in recruitment efforts. Previous experiences include leadership roles at Maryland Leadership Workshops, providing youth leadership programs, and a fellowship with The Urban Leaders Fellowship, focusing on equitable development. Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership and Public Policy, and Youth and Social Innovation from the University of Virginia.
