Ciara Heffernan

Ciara Heffernan is a data-driven strategy lead currently focused on the Customer Experience team at Spotify in London. With over seven years of experience in start-ups and technology across New York and London, Ciara excels in managing multiple projects through a data and strategy lens. Previously, Ciara worked on Spotify's advertising side as a Technical Account Manager and Operations Lead, and was integral in onboarding US customers at the Irish start-up Trustev. Ciara is pursuing a Master's degree in eBusiness from University College Cork, alongside a Diploma in International Management.
