Elizabeth Phipps has over 15 years of experience in marketing and partnerships within the music industry. Elizabeth served as Director and then Senior Director of Marketing at AWAL from April 2019 to June 2021, before taking on the role of Lead, Artist and Label Partnerships for Canada at Spotify in September 2024. Prior to AWAL, Elizabeth held various positions including Manager of Artist Marketing and Social Media Manager at Sony Music Entertainment, and worked as a Content Distribution Coordinator at Insight Sports. Additional experience includes interning at Walt Disney Studios, coordinating consumer engagement at TrojanOne, and serving as Alumni Advancement Officer at Trinity College School. Elizabeth is currently Co-Chair of Women In Music Canada since January 2025. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, a Post-Graduate degree from Seneca Polytechnic, and completion of the altMBA program.
