Gillian Lau is a Senior User Researcher and Product Area Insights Lead at Spotify, where they have been since 2021. Previously, Gillian worked as a Design Researcher at WeWork and held roles at Etsy and Pratt Institute, contributing extensively to user experience research and design education.
