Grace Kwon is a skilled service design leader with a diverse background in design strategy, research, and education. Currently serving as the Service Design Lead at Spotify since January 2022, Grace focuses on enhancing the integration of music, podcasts, and audiobooks within Spotify's content supply chain. Previous roles include Senior Service Designer at Spotify, where leadership in business transformation and cross-functional collaboration drove key service design initiatives. As a Faculty Lecturer at the School of Visual Arts, Grace teaches Mapping & Visualization, empowering future designers to tackle social challenges. Past experiences encompass strategic roles at Purpose PBC, design research for UN Habitat, and video journalism for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Korea.
