Jamie Peretz

Jamie Peretz is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director HR Business Partner for Ad Tech at Spotify since December 2019, following a tenure as Senior Manager in the same area. Prior to Spotify, Jamie held various roles at American Express from September 2014 to December 2019, including Director and Manager of HR Business Partner, as well as Manager of Global Talent Acquisition, overseeing a team responsible for filling over 1,500 roles annually. Jamie began the career at Deloitte as a Human Capital Consultant from July 2009 to September 2014 after starting as a Compensation Intern at HSBC in early 2008. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and has additional educational experience at UNSW.
