Jelena Matić

Jelena Matić is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in software engineering, currently serving as Engineering Manager II at Spotify since April 2022. Prior roles include Engineering Manager and Associate Engineering Manager at Klarna from February 2019 to April 2022, alongside positions as Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. Jelena's career began with a software engineering role at Min Doktor, followed by work as a Frontend Developer at APSIS International AB and a Software Developer at Ericsson Nikola Tesla, which included international project knowledge transfer.
