Kristin Jarrett

Kristin Jarrett currently serves as the Lead for Equity & Impact and Creator Equity at Spotify, a position held since August 2021. Previously, Kristin was a Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from April 2018 to August 2021, focusing on community impact and philanthropy, where management of engagement with charitable organizations and impact strategy development were key responsibilities. Kristin’s experience also includes roles at ColorComm, Inc. as the C2 Conference Volunteer Lead, and several positions within the District of Columbia Public Schools, including School Partnerships Fellow and Director of Partnerships at McKinley Technology High School. Kristin holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Vanderbilt University, a Bachelor of Arts in English from Spelman College, and an Executive Certificate in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania.
