Mark Grey is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in developing scalable systems and enhancing platform capabilities. Since December 2013, Mark has held various engineering roles at Spotify, progressing to Senior Staff Software Engineer while specializing in software engineering. Prior to Spotify, Mark worked at The New York Times from February 2013 to December 2013, focusing on platform improvements in collective intelligence and the recommendations engine. Earlier career experience includes serving as Lead Web Services Developer at GoNation from November 2009 to December 2012, where Mark developed the server-side architecture for a collective-intelligence product suggestions system using WSGI-compliant Python. Mark Grey is a graduate of North Haven High School.
