Sandeep Solanki

Sandeep Solanki serves as the Global Head of Litigation at Spotify since December 2025, overseeing various legal functions including litigation, copyright, and legal compliance. Sandeep has been a Board Member at the National Center for Youth Law since 2019 and held the position of Associate General Counsel at Runway from 2024 to 2025, where responsibilities included managing litigation and regulatory initiatives for an AI startup. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Meta from 2011 to 2023, focusing on high-stakes litigation and regulatory matters across multiple domains. Earlier roles include Counsel at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, alongside a Research Assistant position at the Urban Institute. Sandeep earned a JD from New York University School of Law and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
