Sebastian Ewert

Sebastian Ewert is the Director of Research at Spotify, where they lead four tech research teams within the company's Music Mission across multiple cities including Berlin, Paris, and New York. They work to integrate advanced machine learning technologies to create unique product opportunities. Prior to joining Spotify, Sebastian served as an Assistant Professor of Signal Processing at Queen Mary University of London, contributing to various research projects in audio and semantic technology. Sebastian holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Bonn, where they graduated with distinction.
