Shilpa Rao Gharavi is an accomplished professional in content acquisition and business development with extensive experience in the media and entertainment industry. As the Head of Podcast Content Acquisition & Contract Operations at Spotify from August 2019 to February 2024, Shilpa led a team responsible for expanding Spotify's original audio and video business through strategic deal-making and negotiations, securing partnerships with notable figures such as Emma Chamberlain and Trevor Noah.
