Thang Nguyen

Thang Nguyen currently serves as the Global Head of Sales for Backstage by Spotify, assuming the role in March 2024 as a 2nd line Sales and Customer Success leader. Prior experience includes serving as Sales Director at Snowflake from October 2020 to March 2024, where Thang managed the company's largest territory in the Northeast and consistently achieved over 130% of sales goals between 2021 and 2023. Before Snowflake, Thang was an Account Executive for Majors at Salesforce from May 2018 to October 2020, earning recognition in the Peak Performers Club for achieving sales targets. Thang's leadership experience also includes positions as General Manager for the East regions at both Spruce Power and Sunrun, along with a background as an Application Sales Manager at Oracle. Thang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
