Xenia Iwaszko-Manning currently serves as the Director of Global Music Policy at Spotify, leading the company's policy engagement strategy on music, intellectual property, and cultural regulations worldwide. Previously, Xenia acted as a Consultant for Legal and Government Affairs at the International Trademark Association, advising on international trade and intellectual property issues. Xenia holds an LL.M from Harvard Law School and a B.A.(Hons) in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.
