Montana Butsch has been involved in various professional roles since 2006. In 2018, they became a Member of 1871 and a Founder of Spotivity, a dynamic and interactive search, mapping, and education app that helps enable users (kids and/or parents) make the best decisions about how to use time outside of school hours. In 2006, they founded the Chicago Training Center.
Montana Butsch completed a BA in PPE from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001. In 2002-2004, they attended the University of Oxford to pursue a Read Education Research Methodology. Montana then attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2011-2012 as an Executive Scholar in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management. In 2015-2016, Montana Butsch completed a dual MBA program from both Brown University and IE Business School. Most recently, they graduated from the Founder Institute in 2019.
