Tom Willshare

Tom Willshare is a highly experienced technology leader with a strong background in product development and engineering across various sectors. As the CTO and Co-Founder of Spotlight Health since September 2023, Tom focuses on developing AI-driven diagnostic tools for endometriosis. Previously, Tom served as Chief Technology Officer and Director at Fewer Moving Parts, contributing to systems engineering consultancy, and held a Vice President position at miDiagnostics, leading the development of innovative PCR platform technology. In addition, Tom co-founded Rapid Fluidics and has held key roles in prominent companies like QuantuMDx Group Limited and National Oilwell Varco, where responsibilities included product development management and engineering leadership. Tom's educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Design Engineering from Newcastle University and a program in Commercialising New Technology from Texas McCombs School of Business.
