Shaila McLay

Shaila McLay has a comprehensive work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Shaila began their career in 2000 at Carran Miller Ltd, where they worked as an Accountant until 2003. In 2004, they joined Kendons Chartered Accountants Limited as an Accountant, and they held this position until 2018. From 2018 onwards, they joined Spotlight Reporting and took on multiple roles, including Accountant, Finance Manager, and currently as the Finance and Operations Lead. Shaila McLay's expertise and experience in finance and operations make their a valuable asset in their current role.

Shaila McLay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology. Shaila also has a New Zealand Diploma in Business from the same institute. In addition, they are an Associate Chartered Accountant from the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
