Jamie Allen is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Spotlight Sports Group since January 2025, Jamie previously held significant roles at BBC from May 2017 to January 2025, including Principal Systems Engineer and various operational engineering positions in the Digital 24/7 Operations team. Jamie's experience encompasses managing teams, incident management, and providing technical training while ensuring efficient operations across multiple platforms. Earlier career roles include IT Systems Administrator at ENGIE, Desktop Support Analyst at THG, and IT Engineer at Kindertons Accident Management, alongside several other technical support positions. Jamie holds a BTEC National Diploma in Multimedia from Mid-Cheshire College.
