Amanda Ormsby

Director Of Customer Success at Spotlight

Amanda Ormsby has a diverse work experience. Amanda started their career at The Murphy Law Firm in 2012 as a File Clerk and later became a Legal Assistant from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Spotlight as a Client Partner and was promoted to Senior Client Partner in 2018. Amanda then became a Customer Advocate from 2020 to 2022 and served as a Customer Advocate Lead from 2022. Amanda is currently working as the Director of Customer Success at Spotlight.

Amanda Ormsby completed their high school education at Fulton High School from 2005 to 2009. Amanda then attended William Jewell College from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. In addition to their formal education, Amanda also holds several certifications. In April 2021, they obtained the Service Hub Software Certified from HubSpot Academy. In November 2021, Amanda completed the Connect for Emerging Leaders - Leadership Training offered by Eager Labs. Amanda'smost recent certification is the Product Led Certification, obtained from Pendo.io in November 2022.
