Donzel Davis

Donzel Davis is an experienced professional in employee experience and human resources, currently serving as an Employee Experience Manager at Spotlight since June 2021, while also holding the position of Host Team Coach at Life.Church since June 2022. Prior to these roles, Donzel completed Target's LEADership Academy and worked as a Store Executive and in various managerial positions at Macy's, including Operations/Asset Protection Manager and Department Sales Manager. Donzel's career began at The University of Kansas, where involvement in the Office of Admissions and a summer internship at Macy's laid the groundwork for a strong foundation in marketing and customer engagement. Donzel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from The University of Kansas, achieved in 2013.
