Grace Tews is a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Spotlight, where responsibilities include managing hiring for internship and entry-level positions, supporting the Learning & Development team for an enhanced candidate experience, and assisting in internship program management. Previously, Grace held the position of Talent Acquisition Coordinator, focusing on interview scheduling, coordinating student engagement opportunities, implementing process improvements for candidate experiences, contributing to DEI strategies, and reporting recruiting metrics. Prior experience includes mentoring high school girls and facilitating Bible studies at Colonial Presbyterian Church. Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies from Kansas State University.
